Greek Yogurt Summer Bowl

Craving a midday (or midnight) snack? Cravings will tell you to grab a bag of chips, or maybe order takeout, but try this quick recipe instead!

You will need some non-fat Greek yogurt, I prefer the brand Fage. Next get your Special K cereal of choice. My go to is strawberry, but any will do. Some protein granola such as the peanut butter version from Trader Joe’s will add a little bit more crunch to the bowl. Now, to add some refreshment, throw in some frozen fruit of choice. I typically use wild berries. A spoon of chia seeds will go a long way for texture and nutrition! Finally, break off a piece or two of your favorite dark chocolate bar (my favorite is the Hu brand). Now that you have your bowl, drizzle a tiny bit of raw honey on top to finish it off!

3/4 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Special K Cereal

1/4 cup Protein Granola

1/2 cup Frozen Fruit

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1-2 pieces Dark Choclate

Drizzle of Honey
